Customers are responsible for maintaining their contact information. This includes but not limited to contact name, email addresses, mailing address and other information. Any fake or false submitted information will result in immediate suspension of your account.
In order to be able to communicate during catasthrophe, network outages, service interruptions, account suspensions and other reasons, indoglobal.com requires any email address listed in customer's contact information to be hosted not within indoglobal.com 's facilities.
Every domain and subdomains hosted by indoglobal.com comes with mandatory email accounts: 'postmaster', 'hostmaster' and 'abuse' accounts. These accounts are required by Internet standards and common Internet practice. All of them can be configured from our SiteManager. More information for those accounts in question are also available from our SiteManager. Regarding these accounts, you are required to do one of the following things:
Customers are required to pay any outstanding invoices in timely manner. Non payment will result in service suspension and/or termination.
indoglobal.com reserves the right at indoglobal.com sole discretion to charge additional fees, deactivate, suspend or otherwise terminate any accounts that found to be in violation of any of terms within this document.
If indoglobal.com terminates any account found to be in violation of indoglobal.com terms, the owner of account in question will forfeit any rights to any refund.
indoglobal.com reserves the right to suspend, deactivate or discontinue a service at any time for any reason.
indoglobal.com reserves the right to modify, change, adapt, alter, update or renew this terms and conditions at any time without prior notices. After such modification, all involved parties are bound to the new terms and conditions.
Except when explicitly noted, customers agree that indoglobal.com has made no express or implied warranties to you regarding services and that the service is being provided to you without warranty of any kind. In no event shall indoglobal.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, time, profits or business.

grants customers a right to use our services for legitimate purposes only. Transmission and storage of any data or information in violation of the applicable laws is strictly prohibited. This includes but not limited to: pirated software, illegal MP3 files, cracking and phreaking software and warez files.
Customers are allowed to serve copyrighted content, software, programs and other materials provided that customers have already obtained permission from the owner of materials in question, either implicitly or explicitly.
In this section 'unsolicited bulk message', 'spam message', or 'spam' refer to any messages that sent in bulk to other parties that didn't specifically request to be sent and didn't have any business relation or have never been in correspondence with the sender of spam message before. This applies to any kind of messages in any kind of medium, including but not limited to: email messages of any kind; short message services on cellular phones or other devices; fax transmission; and any instant messages to services such as ICQ and AIM.
indoglobal.com strongly believes that unsolicited bulk message degrades the usability of Internet everywhere, and thus any spam or any kind or support for spam are strictly prohibited from using our servers. This includes but not limited to: sending spam messages from our server; promoting your services or sites using spam messages even if they don't originate from our network or server; creating, distributing or profiting from software created solely for sending spam messages.
To prevent abuse, indoglobal.com only allows mailing lists that opt-in. Before sending any email to a listed user, a confirmation email, with a tracking number, must be sent to the new subscriber, to which they must respond with a confirmation that they wish to be added to the list. You must also keep these confirmations on file, so that in the case that a spam complaints is made against you, you have proof that the user did indeed opt-in. In addition, you must provide at least an easy way to opt-out. Any opt-out request must be honored immediately.
Customers are required to pay a fee of $30 (USD) for every single spam that sent from our servers or network.
Circumventing security measures or interference with the services of another user, host or network is strictly prohibited. This includes but not limited to any kind of attempts to gain access to other accounts, denial of service attacts, password cracking, port or IP scanning, use of any security exploits, or using resources not allocated to you.
Customers are not allowed to run any program, software or service that contains any known security problem. Customers are required to fix, patch, update or otherwise replace any customer installed software, programs or services that reported to contain a security problem in a timely manner or at most one week after disclosure.
indoglobal.com reserves the right to disable any customer installed program, software, or service that contains any known major security problem that is not fixed, patched, updated or replaced in a timely manner. However, due to resource limitation and privacy matters, indoglobal.com might not be able to do exhaustive search or scanning of such program, software or service. It is still the responsibility of customer to do whatever necessary to fix, patch, update or replace the respective program, software or service.
indoglobal.com cannot be held reponsible for any problem caused by lack of security of any customer installed program, software or service. Security of any customer installed program, software or service is customer's responsibility.
From time to time, without prior notices indoglobal.com might issue updates to any system software, program, or service due to security problem. It is possible that these updates will cause problem with customer installed software, program or service due to incompatibilities. It is the responsibility of the customer to fix, update or adapt the respective customer installed software, program or service so it will work with the new system.
Depending on the severity of a security problem, it might be necessary for indoglobal.com to temporarily shutdown, disable or remove any system program, software or services without prior notices before performing security updates. This will cause some interruption in services. indoglobal.com cannot be held responsible to any service interruptions caused by software updates due to security problems.
indoglobal.com does not allow any kind of adult materials, adult contents, sexually related contents, and sexually explicit contents to be used, served, and transmitted from our server and service. This policy exists because our services are not specifically designed to handle the amount of resources needed to run an adult related site.
indoglobal.com reserves the right to decide what constitutes as an adult material. However, it is safe to say the following are considered adult materials and therefore cannot be used on any of our services: any media types, textual, audible or visual, that contains human nudity, sexually related audible media or other sexually explicit content on either men or women for entertainment, amusement, enjoyment, pleasure or recreational purposes.
indoglobal.com also prohibits using our services to promote, advertise or publicize adult related sites on other servers. indoglobal.com treats such sites as adult related sites.
IRC software. We do not allow running any IRC related software, programs or services. This includes but not limited to: IRC servers, IRC clients, IRC bouncers, IRC proxy, IRC bots, and other related software.
Resource intensive forum software. We don't allow any use of forum software utilizing flat-file database. We recommend MySQL based forum software such as phpBB or vBulletin. A version of phpBB is available as webplication and can be installed from our SiteManager.
Resource intensive search engine. We do not allow any use of customer installed search engine that utilizes flat file database. It is allowed to run a search engine that utilizes an SQL, DBM or Berkeley DB based database.
Background process. We do not allow any kind of background running software, programs or services.
Excessive use of scheduled task or cron jobs. It is not permitted to run a task too often from cron or any other scheduler program. Any scheduled program must run at least one hour between each run.
Any kind of proxy server. It is not allowed to run any kind of proxy server whether it is running as a background process, CGI scripts or any other means. This includes all kind of proxy servers for any protocol.
The following is our policy we enforce specifically to these high risk sites.
Multilevel Marketing. At the moment we still allow multilevel marketing sites. However, to prevent unwanted problem, we are enforcing these specific policies:

indoglobal.com will answer any support inquiries using email communication. Customers are not allowed to contact our staff privately to get customer support without using the official way of getting customer support.
Any sites that consume more than 20% of server resources in terms of CPU time, memory usage, disk space usage or network resources are not allowed. Those kind of sites are not suitable for hosting in indoglobal.com 's shared hosting environment, and might require a dedicated server.
It is not allowed to offer free server resources to any Internet users using our server resources. This includes but not limited to: offering free email addresses using indoglobal.com 's servers disk space, and offering free web hosting accounts. However, you are allowed to use third party service to offer free service to your site visitors. For example, you are allowed to offer free email address if you are using a third party free email addresses provider such as Everyone.net, Outblaze or Bigmailbox.
We provide our customers with limited amount of disk space. Certain software, services or programs, system wide or user installed, cannot perform well under tight disk space usage. It is the reponsibility of the customer to ensure there is enough free space at all times in order to avoid any unexpected failure of a program, software or service. indoglobal.com disclaims any responsibility of any failure related to the lack of free disk space for any customers account.
To give our customers more flexibility and because of technical reasons, there are several services that we do not limit their usage. These services include the following: number of email accounts, number of databases and others. Customers are allowed to utilize those services within reasonable limit provided that customers are in the need of those services. Customers are not allowed to give away those services freely to a third party, for example: by giving away our email services as free web based email to web site visitors.
indoglobal.com performs backups of critical system files for emergency purposes only. Customers is responsible for maintaining offsite backups for their own files and databases.
Due to faulty hardware, we might be forced to restore data from our backups. indoglobal.com is not responsible for any loss of data, restoration of stale data and other problems of restoring backups.
indoglobal.com disclaims any responsibility for data loss due to hardware failure, faulty backups or non-existant backups.
Customers privacy is very important to us. indoglobal.com will do whatever necessary to protect the privacy of its customers. The following describes our position in privacy of our customers.
indoglobal.com collects certain information from customers for administrative purpose only. Under no circumstances except when required by legal orders or an emergency situation, indoglobal.com will not share our customers information with third parties in any way.
When using indoglobal.com services, indoglobal.com may record your activities such as payment history and support inquiries. We record those data in order to know our customers better and provide our customers with better service.
indoglobal.com protects the security and privacy of customers files and other data stored on our server from view or download by other users in the same server or in another server. We develop our system with privacy in mind. A user on a server should not be able to gather data about other users in the same server. The includes contact information, domain name and email addresses.
We use anonymous name servers (DNS servers) to provide DNS services to our customers. We won't disclose the name of our DNS servers to the general public for privacy reasons. However, these information is public in nature, and therefore any knowlegdeable third party will be able to tell that your site is hosted with us.
In order to protect their privacy, our customers have the option to maintain their mandatory email accounts themselves. Mandatory email accounts are required by Internet standards and common Internet practices such as postmaster, abuse and hostmaster.
In order to protect our business, indoglobal.com might do file name scanning in customers directories to look for dangerous files.
Under normal circumstances we won't look inside files and data owned by our customers. However, by opening a support request, it is implied that customer agrees to let indoglobal.com view or modify any customer owned files or data relevant to the support request.
To be able to improve our customer support, indoglobal.com reserves the right to monitor and/or archive any communication with our customers, this includes but not limited to: email communication, phone calls, web based communication.
Some parts of indoglobal.com web site required visitor's email address. indoglobal.com will not in any way sell or give away these address to a third party.
