We build our own system with security and privacy as one of the top priority in mind. The following lists our goals regarding to privacy and security issues. We treat any differences to the points below as a privacy or security hole.

Account Information Privacy

A user in our server must not be able to gather a list of domains in the same server or another indoglobal.com server.

The only information that is available to any user in the same server is the account/login name of an account. We use our account number as the account/login name, and therefore your account name does not represent your domain name or other meaningful information in any way.

Account Security

A user on indoglobal.com server must not be able to view or download any information, data or files residing in another indoglobal.com account on the same server or another server. Any variation will risk customers data in danger.

Any kind of program execution must be executed with the privileges of the owner in question, with the exception of SQL database queries.

Mandatory Email Accounts

To ensure privacy, indoglobal.com customers have the option to manage their own mandatory email accounts required by Internet standards and/or common Internet practices.

Anonymous Name Serving

indoglobal.com uses anonymous name servers for providing service for its customers. indoglobal.com won't disclose the name of our servers to the general public. However these information are already public in nature and can be easily gathered by any knowledgeable party.
